What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in runs from 17:00 to 22:00, check-out from 07:00 to 11:00. Please contact us directly for an earlier or later check-in; a later check-out is available for a surcharge.
What's the cancellation policy?
Under our standard rate, cancellations up to 18:00 on the day of arrival are free of charge; after that, one night will be charged. Depending on the rate package or offer booked, different cancellation terms may apply – please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact terms.
